Definately was not me as I cannot get et to run in Win 7 64 bit, yet!

Where is your server located at?

Was spawn camping ever allowed on your servers? It has been so long since I have played ET I forgot all the rules for the different servers I played at happy.gif

Black, how did you get ET to run in Win 7 64 bit. I run 64 bit Professional.

I get some executable error. The copy of et I have is an installer for a patched 2.6b.

I use WIN 7 Ultimate , 64 bits. I install a fresh copy of ET and patched with 2.60b ,and work like a charm, no problems of anykind .
If dont work in WIN 7 (any type of win 7) , use VIRTUAL MACHINE , is free and is the best , use Virtual Machine to make a new Virtual PC inside Win 7 , and install in Virtual machine any WIN XP , and install there ET , will work perfect. 2 Operating Systems in one Window . smile.gif , I have install in WIN 7 Ultimate 64 bits , Virtual Machine , but for other programs that dont work in WIN 7.
Here is where you can find Virtual Machine for download here VMware Workstation 7.0 .

If you still unable to do it , let me know and i will help you.

The only one i so join your server was TfL BadBoy, i track him on SL , long time no see him , maybe a year, and now come to play on your server , and he maybe dont know your rules, next time explain them if you have not write them on the screen. And about that, you can say who was , but please next time explain, dont rush to post a comment here without telling us who was and what happened. Thanks.

I like the Sun Microsystems virtual machine better, you can run it as part of your original desktop. Having access to both the regular machine AND the virtual machine. Because of school, I actually use virtual machines quite a bit.

I too run Win 7 Professional 64bit, 8 gb of ram to crush anything I can throw at it.
And, i figured out how to get ET to run now. I have been on the TFL server without getting kicked smile.gif
